Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. They arrived on time and tidied up at the end of the day. We ran into some minor issues which were easily overcome, and they exceeded my expectations. As advertised, this was a five day job. The remodel turned out much better than what I had envisioned, and I'm extremely happy with my "new" bathroom. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. "Poor quality workmanship. Shower tiles are uneven with jagged edges. Many chipped tiles, holes in grout. Shower head is shorter than my 14 year old son. Grout and caulking mess left everywhere with no cleanup. Wall texture by the shower is ruined due to over-caulking. Now they are refusing to come back to do it right. I will never use Home Depot or Statewide for remodeling again. No pride in workmanship, no responsibility, lies, just take your money and run. Shameful."
