"Superb. Initial meeting & project walk through with Holly (project mgr, sales, & likely a few other hats in this family business) generated a detailed scope of work & bid within 2 days. I mulled over that as well as ideas we had discussed during, & that occurred to me after, initial meet. Had a followup meet to walk through & refine those ideas. Received email with updated scope and bid. We agreed to reasonable payment terms, met again to sign contract & make down payment to begin work. We met once more day before job start with Manuel (owner & foreman) to walkthru & ensure all on the same page. Due to time of year, they estimated completing job within 10 calendar days. 4-man crew showed up on day 1 and when I got home that night was impressed with progress - entire area was essentially prepped - digging, leveling, removing existing bricks & stones, 1 bush removed & replanted elsewhere. I worked from home next day and saw very coordinated efforts resulting in major portions in place by end of day 2. Day 3 was cut short by rain, but still managed to complete entire job by end of day 4. And that included a couple of tweaks (which direction pavers would run) and then some actual additions (expanded curbside landing & an additional retaining wall). Those last 2 were change orders & painless, pricing based on additional material. At end of job everything was cleaned up, put back in place, and looks better than I'd imagined. This is the second job NGL has done for us & I cannot imagine going with anyone else if we have future work."

She had our bid to us within a couple of hours and it was almost exactly what we thought the job should cost. We hired her without even getting a 2nd bid. Her guys (3 of them) came out the following Friday, started before 8, and stayed until after 7. They worked their butts off! Our brick patio is PERFECT! We could not be more pleased! "within 24 hour call back from Rodrigo.  He came out the next day to give us a bid broken out by materials and labor.  We accepted and he scheduled to come out the very next week.  He showed up early with three other guys and got to work. They intended to work a day and a half, but instead worked a really long day because the weather was supposed to turn.  We don't have a huge yard, but we have little grass so there was a lot for them to do.  Our back yard is sloped and half of it needed topsoil and mulch.  In addition they weeded all the plant beds and mulched everything perfectly.  They removed a really large lilac that was overgrown and also removed a bamboo patch.  I'm really pleased with the work they did and the cost was appropriate for the size of the job.  He mentioned that if we maintained the work and had them back every year that the cost would be less since there was just so much to do this time.  We'll most likely have them back every year now.  Clean up was perfect too."
