"I cannot write or tell people enough positives about our experience with RJ and Ryan. He's a very good guy from the moment you meet him, though not in a phony way. He's earnest and his quote was fair compared to the other three and I trusted him Other vendors were either going outsource crews do the job. Lastly, I would hire RJ and Ryan again to do any other work they do as well. He's reliable and showed up exactly when he said he would. Removed and hauled away our old fence and two gates on day. In addition he dug and cemented every single post that day. The next day he and his brother built the fence and installed the gates. He was at our home from early in the morning until dark."

"We had a chain link fence put in on our property and the workers we're very unprofessional. Anytime we had questions or issues that needed to be addressed, we emailed or called. William was very helpful and professional . Typical response time was in one day with any questions or concerns we had. The laborers who installed the fence left garbage all around our property after completing the work. After being contacted to make the final payment, William with Goodrow's reach out in response stating he would come and pick up any garbage and materials left behind by the workers. William completed picking up all of the materials left behind and the garbage on a Saturday. The over all experiance with William has left us satisfied customers!"

"The process went well. There was a small hiccup in scheduling the vist to my property in order for Duke to prepare a job estimate, but the issue was quickly resolved. Duke came by and inspected the existing fence with me. I pointed out the problem. He suggested steel pipes placed into concrete and then the pressure treated posts to be installed over the steel pipe, thus keeping the wood away from the ground and the water. The existing fence panels could be reused. He said that the work could start in about a week and would take only one day. I received his bid and the bids from two other Angie List companies. All the bids were comperable, but with the scope of work as suggested by Duke, his bid was actually less than the others. I agreed to his bid and he later called with a date and time that the crew would arrive to do the work. The crew arrived a little early, but as I was home that was fine. They then removed the panels, extracted the posts, prepared new postholes, fixed the new posts, with the steel pipe, into the holes, prepared concrete in the holes and supported the posts unitl the concrete set. The old fence panels were then properly nailed back onto the new posts. The crew removed the old posts and cleaned the job site. They did have to deal with the existing landscaping and planting beds. There was not option to standing on some of the ground cover plants, but they were fairly careful and I did not notice any real damage to the plantings. I was very happy with the work done and have no complaints."
