We had the plastic water intake valve behind the toilet burst and spray water everywhere at 4am. after cleaning up the mess we called Cahill's at about 6:45am and they arrived by 8:30am to fix the valve, which took them like 15 minutes. I asked them about doing all of the valves in the house (16 total) and they agreed to come back at noon to do all of them. At exactly noon they were back at my house and had all the valves changed out in less than 2 hours. They were friendly, clean, polite, and provided excellent customer service. "Garret was referred to me by my brother in law who is a plumber. Garret worked on. Two of my rentals. Repairing a leak and replacing a kitchen faucet at one house and and at the second he replaced a hot water tank. The hot water tank had been leaking for awhile and Garret recommended that the floor be replaced(it was pressed partial board that had been softened by the leaking tank). He brought everything “up to code” so I know going forward that this. Project is completed. The work was done quickly and I paid a fair price for the work. I will be calling Garret in the near future to replace a few more Hot water tanks BEFORE. They damage the floor!"
