Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. He can over promptly and fixed everything in a short time. He was nice explaining everything to a girl who is not very great with anything that involves outside but he took his time and explained everything . I asked if he did other work such as sod work which resulted in me redoing the backyard. He took his time and did an amazing job. He communicates with you about every step and gives you a great quote. On top of that he was very friendly and sweet. I have had a lot of work done on my house including having my front yard done, which I would not recommend that person to anyone.
