I had some doors that I needed hung, but my house is crooked and he went above and beyond to make sure they were right. Then he stayed extra to put on the handles, which wasn’t even part of the agreement. Not only that, but he made two trips out to my house because he needed to go back for a different tool which was my fault, not his, without charging me more. "The team showed up promptly as scheduled at 7:30am, and when they were finished you never would have known they were here, except for our newly restored windows! Before they got here, none of them opened from the top (had been painted closed). Most wouldn’t stay open without being propped open. There were major gaps where air was able to get in. Sash cords were disconnected and hanging all over the place. They even had to replace the glass on a couple windows. But when they were finished, everything opens smoothly from bottom AND top."

"I called Harbor Construction the day the company "Green Living" who we originally placed our order with delivered the wrong colors of windows. Mike and Mich came out the same day to take measurements. The number one thing I can say is that Mike and his team provided us with Top notch customer service. They advised us of the best way to install screens (Something the other co. did not think of). and walked us through the entire process with white glove service. We replaced 19 windows and 2 sliding doors in our home. They were on point with communication and let us know in advance the day the project was to start. They finished in 2 days. Eddie & Bucket installed our windows. They were a super awesome team and they were very polite. Any question or request I had they were on top of it. If I could give them 10 stars I would. And I would recommend them to any family and friends."
