Nick Lehr and Adrian O'Donoghue were awesome in the design phase, and helped us figure out how to plan it and deal with some complicated drainage issues. The crew that did all the work were diligent, clean and most importantly did really good work. Adrian was here every day supervising the crew and was really communicative, responding to texts immediately. Couldn't recommend them more. And the price of the project was more than reasonable!"

The project grew as we realized how little of the existing was worth keeping, so the project included not only the kitchen floor but the living room floor. From his prior work at my house, I knew that this project needed Sergios's ability to see the "big picture" plus his attention to small details. Also his willingness to communicate about the pros and cons of handling the inevitable obstacles (that occur on ANY project) along the way. It wasn't just the quality of his work that impressed me, but also his ability to obtain materials (flooring, windows etc.) for much less than I would have paid. He has a network of well-qualified tradespeople (electric, flooring, etc.) so he can scale up a project as necessary."

"I got several estimates but John's was by far the lowest and the work was done just as I liked.  John was easy to work with, friendly and talkative, and he explained all the options and pros and cons, why work had to be done a certain way, work permits, etc.  The price was excellent and perfectly satisfactory.  All the workers (total of 3) were friendly and liked the dog (like me, like my dog)!  John was good at getting back to me and keeping me well informed of the various aspects of the job (i.e. when I would get a receipt for unused lumber, what time they would be there, what the work plan was, when they would finish, how things were charged in the final bill,  etc.)  I would use JRG again, and in fact getting the steps done was one way to get to know some contractors in the area in planning for future needs."
