We were very pleased with the overall result (demolish existing deck, replace with approx 900 sq ft of stamped concrete patio with lots of drainage, and build brick retaining wall with stucco finish and bullnose brick top) We did have some minor concerns about the work flow (it seemed to us to be a bit disjointed), but the finished product does speak for itself, and we would recommend this group - we anticipate them doing other things in the near future."

Fast forward, one year after the project, I started to see cracks. The owner Vincent suggested I put a layer of coating since it was overdue. I followed his suggestion and the result was not good initially. There was a communication delay and later on Vincent explained to me that he could not respond to me fast due to various reasons. Couple days later, he and his crew came to my home and fixed the coating. And the driveway looks better now. I would give him 5 stars if the communication can go through smoothly. So, 4 stars this time. I learned that asphalt driveway needs to be maintained every two years. Thus, I may hire him again to do the work and see how things go in the future. I may adjust the rating to 5 later on.""
