Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. "Renae, the owner, was an extremely gracious person with excellent customer service. I called her on a Monday and she had the job mostly completed on Wednesday. When I say "mostly", she was afraid to pry up the vents that appeared to be glued to the hardware floors so instead of the potential of ruining the hardware she called to let us know. We had the contractor go in and remove the vents and then Lucky Duct went back in on Friday and completed the job. She stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. <br /> Would absolutely recommend them and would definitely use them again. <br />"
