"I had an excellent experience with Olsen Restoration Carpets. I put in a last-minute request late at night because I had an urgent situation, and they responded almost immediately and accommodated me right away. They showed up first thing in the morning exactly as promised. I live in an apartment with very old carpet (about 15 years old) and ongoing mold concerns, so I honestly thought the situation was a lost cause. With my mom’s health condition, I just needed to make the space as livable as possible for now. Their team was professional, understanding, and incredibly thorough. They did an amazing job — the carpet looks dramatically cleaner, stains are gone, and even the pet stains were successfully removed. I was genuinely surprised by the results.
