"Richard is very approachable and will give you real life expectations. We sat down with him and told him what we wanted to do with our house. He came in, measured everything, got cost of materials and told us what it would cost. During our talks on remodeling our house, he explained that the part of the remodel (pantry expansion) would cost more than we were expecting. He showed us other alternatives for more kitchen space that would work just well. Richard provided computer images to me and my wife on what the kitchen project would look like when finished, both with the expensive pantry expansion and one with additional cabinet space. We really enjoyed the images as we could actually see what the finished project would look like. During the entire project Richard was always available and would even ask us to come to the house (we had to Airbnb for a month) to see the progress on the house remodel. I truly recommend him for your home project needs. Richard is honest, very approachable and most respectful. During the project, I had the pleasure of talking to some of Richard's workers and they too were very hard workers, honest and respectful.
