This was not an easy job as the fan system was rather intricate. Long story short, the bird is gone; the duct was cleaned and sanitized; and the flap to the outside vent was cleaned and oiled. The expression of "going the extra mile" really applies to their service. They actually went to the hardware store to purchase a mesh screen and installed it over the vent to prevent a reoccurrence with other birds! And here I was thinking my next call would be to have someone come and install a screen. I also had them clean out my dryer vent. I have given 5 stars only because 10 stars was not offered as an option. I highly recommend them for their work; cleanliness during the project and pleasantness during the entire process."

All representatives we encountered were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. At no time did we feel pressured to go with Bel-Red, they simply pointed to examples of wear in our system and reasons to consider replacement versus repair (the latter being cost prohibitive based on the age of our system). Once we decided to replace they provided us many options to consider so we could make an informed decision.
