"Roof was nearing the end of its lifespan; we decided to replace before it failed. We had a good recommendation from a neighbor who had her roof replaced by D Hughes Roofing. The work was well done. The crew was excellent. We also had the roofs on our sheds replaced to match. I wish we had been given better warning about how much debris to expect in tearing off the old roof so we could have done more to protect the areas under our bathroom skylights as well as the plants and soil beds adjacent to the house. The crew did a great job on the roof and with cleanup. When we noticed that their truck had leaked oil or transmission fluid onto our driveway, the company sent out a crew to replace the stained pavers. I appreciate that they went the extra mile to make things right when there was a problem. We're very happy with the new roof."

"After having the house painted it was discovered that the patio cover was damaged by standing on the cover. Called AA Patio and had Chad conduct a site survey and make a recommendation. He recommended and we concurred to replace 4 solid panels with the Lexan panels. They were ordered and installed within a 40 day period by Chad & his Son Jake. From start to finish it took less than 90 minutes at a price that was very reasonable. We would strongly recommend AA Patio to any home owner looking for a quality long lasting cover for their deck or patio."

"I am really disappointed in Kohler. They installed the Ductless Heat Pump system in my house back in 2011/2012. They were competitively priced and did an outstanding job. I gave them an all A rating. You can read it 3/18/2012. In may of 2018 I needed the fan motor in my outside unit replaced. The technician came out, to the tune of about $150.00, and 15 minutes later said you need a new fan. Ok, I understand, the logic. You don't want to send someone out, tell you the problem, and then not get the business. No issue with that, but then I asked if the cost to look at the unit would be applied to the repair. Answer: "No", but I was stuck now. They received the fan and another 20 min and $643.00 later the unit was fixed. I asked the tech if he can see anything else I might need to be concerned about. "No can do, looking at anything else would be another $150.00 or so. Only came out to fix the fan." While it is all working great, I feel like I just got screwed. The tech was not interested in even talking about other things, at least not without another $150.00. The fix was also ludicrously easy and if you added up the time from both visits it would be less than an hour. Now I need an inside head looked at. The louvers are not swinging. Guess I need to shop around. Very disappointed in Kohler. I really thought they were a better company."
