"Michael arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He was dressed professionally, and came in with a ladder, covers for the furniture, and a camera scope to take pictures of the inside of the ducts. I was thoroughly convinced that i had mold in my ducts, having been smelling it in the cabana. He was in and out of my scorching attic, removed several vents to scope, and spent approximately 30 to 45 minutes investigating. In the end, he cleaned up every speck of dust, and cleaned one of my vent covers. He advised that my ducts were all clean and clear, and did not need cleaning. He showed me pictures of the inside of my ductwork. He actually found the source of the mold, which was not in the A/C system, and brought it to my attention. How much did he charge for all of this? "The first crew arrived on time and set up/cleaned up quickly. I discovered they did not use as much insulation as the estimate was calculated on. They were paid, however. Later, I was contacted by the owner, who had been made aware of the shortage. They happily sent a different crew, who added the needed insulation to make it right.
