The founders of GW Pumps and Purification are in the 4th generation of being in the water business. Plumbing, Water Well Drilling, Water Pumps, and Water Treatment has been in our family for a long time. Growing up around the water business has taught me more than I ever learned in college. It taught me the true importance of customer service. Not from a text book, but from a livelihood which was dependent upon providing world class customer service. It also taught me the science side of water treatment. In science class, the ions and molecules didn't mean much. But in the water business, they become very interesting. Understanding how they react so they can be removed or exchanged became captivating. And even more intriguing is how the numerous factors in water can affect the performance of certain water treatment technologies.
