"The office staff were professional and responsive, but the remodel was contracted out. The cabinets were a clunky design, rough edges, shelves with cheap and hard to adjust hardware, paint cheap and already wearing off. The installer was very good and went above and beyond to work the cabinets into my kitchen, but it took longer than expected due to design issues. Was offered a front door replacement, but the salesman did not talk about hidden costs (permit, modification for a cat door or peep hole), so this was almost more expensive than the kitchen remodel. Loved the granite counter though!"

"My overall experience with them was great. He was pleasant. He came when he said he was going to come to look at it. He assessed the situation, told me what it was going to cost and what type of unit I was getting. He scheduled the installation when he was there looking at it and his worker, Kris I believe his name was, showed up when he was supposed to, and worked really efficiently and professionally. He then cleaned everything up before he left. So, it was a perfect transaction. Their price was good."

"Perfectly is the best description.  Due to the scope of the job, it took 2 very full and long days for them to complete the job. But now my home is fully protected from hurricanes. (I also bought impact resistant garage doors, but not from this company because they don't sell them,) 
After having an in-home consultation, I went to the company's showroom/production facility, and got a tour of their headquarters.  I learned probably more than I needed, but I was about to spend a great sum of money, and wanted to check out the company in advance.  I needn't worry: their installation was flawless. 
They arrived on time, a team of 2 men, who promptly went to work setting out their materials and tools.  They were also dressed appropriately, showing respect.  I watched them install some of the accordion shutters, and saw the workmanship as they removed and then installed the new impact resistant glass at the front door and n the kitchen.  Once the job was completed, they taught me how to operate each shutter, waited patiently as I tested out each panel shutter, and we closed and then re-opened all of the accordion shutters on the house. 
As they recommended, a year after the installation, I hired them to service the shutters:  they close and re-open the accordion shutters, lubricate the moving parts, and remove and reinstall the screws in the ground to ensure they'll work properly when needed. I could have done this myself, but I preferred to leave it to the professionals. 
I have highly recommended this company to everyone who mentions hurricane protection.  They are dependable, professional, certainly cost-efficient, honest, and I would definitely hire them again if I move.

"Had three new sliders installed so I would not have water enter during any storms. Last year I had the original sliders in my condo during Hurricane Mathew and never had any water issues. These original sliders were cheap and not very energy efficient. So I decided to get new ones installed to become more energy efficient and to be extra safe against any possibility of water entering. I was told the sliders were energy efficient, which they are and water would not be an issue. During Hurricane Irma, I had water enter between the siders and the concrete floor. I believe Hurricane Mathew last year was stronger than Irma and I had no water enter my old cheap sliders. I contacted the company after the storm and they came out and caulked the door and was told I should not have any more issues. I asked if they were going to help with the floor repair and they told me they would check. Just this past weekend we had another good rain and I noticed the concrete at the base of the door was becoming wet. I called the company again and advised them of the issue and still waiting for a response for the floor repair and the new leak. Before this happened I was considering on getting some windows replaced, but now having second thoughts because if my old slider didn't give me problems, maybe I should just keep my old windows. What good is getting anything done if they can not hold up to the elements. I hope the company helps me out because others in my complex are looking at getting new sliders installed and they know my issue."

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof.
