"Daniel the salesman was professional and courteous. He gave a projected timeframe for our fence installation but that it could change due to weather and material. My main complaint was with the office. They were with terrible in communicating any delays to us. The saving grace was the installation team (Ryan and crew - 5 stars) their work was top notch. We have small dogs, and they took the time to make sure there were no opening's that our dogs could get out. They were able to start and finish up the same day. Our fence looks awesome and have gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. Great job......."

End of September there is a problem with gate latch. Now phone calls have not been returned, gate latch not fixed, my rating of this company has dropped due to lack of response and follow up."

"It went great. We decided to make a couple of changes and gave Denise a call, there were no problems. The crew came out on a Thursday set all the poles then came back on Monday and put up the fence. Absolutely love this fence. I can just open the door and let the dogs out. We had black chain link with double gate on two sides, then white PVC privacy fence on the other with a beautiful gate to go out the back. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Our project went great, between Dave our sales rep, Jerry in the office, and James our installer there was very clear communication. Our experience started with Dave who took a great deal of time to explain the different options, process, and answered all of our questions right in the spot, he is extremely knowledgeable. Jerry in the office was on top of our material order and scheduling the install, he was always prompt to return calls and kept us up to date on the progress of the material order. Lastly, James the installer was the best person we have had work on our house yet. His attention to detail is second to none and he kept a very clean work site. We can’t say enough good things about him. He even custom made TREX strips to cover the normal gaps where the gate closes to provide a more finished look / greater privacy. He is a true asset to Bull Dog! This was one of the easiest projects we have ever had completed and one that was done with such an attention to detail! I would recommend Bull Dog to anyone, plus their price was very competitive."

"Three years ago Ross Services installed travertine tiles on my lanai/pool deck. They did an excellent job. Three years later, three tiles were damaged, one as a result of the repair of a pool leak. I called Brandon at Ross Services and explained the problem. Within a reasonable period of time Brandon got back to me and gave me a time that the repair would be done. The repair was completed by a gentleman name Brian, who did an excellent job. Much to my surprise there was no charge for this repair and service call. I would highly recommend Ross Services for anyone looking for tile/paver work and the many other services they provide."
