"I recently completed a large pool and deck renovation project with Surfside Pavers. The work involved the setting of more than 2500 square feet of large format 20 mm and 10 mm porcelain tile. The job was quite challenging for a variety of reasons but particularly because of the multiple elevations and the many complicated angles involved. I have to say it was executed to perfection. Surfside’s attention to detail was exemplary. I never saw anyone setting tile without simultaneously verifying their work with a large level. As a result, the tiles were all perfectly aligned with one another and the drainage of the deck was even better than promised. I particularly want to thank Keith Spalding for overseeing the project. He always made time to explain their plans and intentions and patiently answered my many questions. "When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.
