"Removal of old fence and Installation was good in May. Some of the boards have warped and there is a gap where the gates close. I was also told I would get a receipt for the labor. I emailed Brian in June and he said he couldn't get with me because he was out of town on another job and he would get back to me. I had to email him again in August and he never returned my email. It is now October and I still have no receipt and the fence has not been looked at. If he is busy I understand, but not replying to my second email is why I am writing this review and it shouldn't take too much time to email me a receipt. Poor customer service is the reason I will not use Big Foot fencing again. Ron"

"Otto was great! He put in an approximately 200 linear foot wrought iron fence with three gates. It is beautiful. He had to remove my existing 3 1/2 ft. chain link fence and a lot of overgrown weed trees and bushes. He completed the project in 4 days and was reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. Great job and I highly recommend him!"

The good: Alex paid attention to what I wanted, communicated well, completed the work quickly, and the crew did a good job. The bad: His estimate of work and cost was way off, ended up spending double what he estimated."

The fence looks great, it is super sturdy, and he even offered to replace a board if it cracks or anything within the first year.
