"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

My friend used them as well & they did a great job for her also! I was so impressed as I had some pieces of flagstone in the area they were replacing, with no intention on keeping any of them, but when I came out they were all neatly stacked off to the side & they had some flower bulbs for me that they had dug up to save for me as well. "I am very pleased with the quality of work performed by LMC, Inc. We moved into our house three years ago. The driveway had been replaced one year before we moved in and had badly deteriorated. When Alex inspected our driveway, he explained the options available to us, along with the reasonable expectations for each option. "We dealt with Jed. He and his two helpers did our curb and gutter and driveway approach. They were FABULOUS! we've got some horror stories and searched long and hard to find Jed and Rocky Mountain. His job was beautiful. (I know that is a strong word to describe cement work) But it was perfect. He was a delight to work with, hardworking, efficient, tidy, and got the job done in a timely manner.
