"Keith was excellent from his first visit to explain what needed to be done on the kitchen drain. Afterwards, I requested a new water heater to be installed. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I also was extremely thankful to Keith this morning as he identified a gas leak that I otherwise would not have known about. Because of Keith I was able to call the gas company and they came out within the hour to address the problem. I highly recommend Keith to anyone needing services. "Prior to hiring Topshelf to install a wholehouse steam humidifier I spoke with several companies. Darrell responded quickly, was knowledgeable and willing to explain and answer all my questions and concerns. His team arrived on time, introduced themselves, followed Covid safety measures, put shoe coverings on everytime they entered my house. When the installation was completed, they made sure I knew how to operate the system. Clean up could have been a tiny bit better, found tape, boxes, plastic around after a thorough walk through. When looking at the caulking around the sinks, it was a bit sloppy, will need to cut some away and clean some off edges of the sink. Overall they were good."
