"A shower grab-bar was installed professionally into a wall-stud located by the technician. The area around the shower was protected by plastic wrap and every effort was made to ensure that there was no dirt, damage, etc. to the surrounding area. Excellent work! Also, TWD coordinated with a Kohler representative to resolve a problem involving one of the toilets in my home that was installed during a recent remodel. Julio, TWD General Manager, quickly and expertly analyzed the problem, and without charge to me, had a new toilet tank installed thereby fixing the problem. The quality of the service, timeliness, and overall responsiveness was outstanding. I will definitely recommend TWD to of my neighbors!"

"Prompt on quote and willing to take time in person and over the phone to answer all questions.  Coordinated with gutter company for removal of gutter helmet on house and patio along with gutters on patio before roofing started.  Did a good job of reinforcing section of patio that needed removed and replaced due to rot.  All workers were friendly and professional.  Did a good job with cleanup each day; took 4 days to complete (partially due to wait on city inspector).  Foreman took pictures during reroof and owner after reroof that were required as proof of installation for insurance company (had hail damage to roof).  Always prompt returning calls and follow up questions.  Excellent reroofing job; would definitely use again! <br />"

"Subsequent to a wind and rain storm we had a severe leak in our living room.  Silver City was on the list of recommended contractors provided by our insurance company.  After receiving an inspection and a quote to repair the section of the roof additional discussions with representatives from Silver City indicated that the roof (which was approaching 29 years old) should probably be replaced.  We agreed to the job and price and were quite happy with the results.  Numerous leaks and broken tiles were discovered and fixed or replaced.  Additionally, several sheets on roofing plywood had to be replaced. <br /> The work crews were punctual and cleaned up every day.  We enjoyed talking with the crew and gaining additional insight into potential troublesome areas to look for in the future. <br /> The manager, David, was courteous and knowledgable and offered good insight into our problems and went out of his way to ensure that we had prompt attention. <br /> The overall price was not the lowest estimate received, but with our insurance company's recommendation we decided to go with Silver City.  We were very satisfied with their work. <br />"

"Service provider was on time, was professional and courteous.  They informed us the inspection would take 2 hours and we didn't have to come until the last 15 minutes, but my husband wanted to be there for the whole thing and see the inspection.  The inspector was very tolerant of my husband following him around for the inspection, questioning every single thing the inspector looked at, and answered all of his questions.  He was very thorough, there was no part of the house or property he did not inspect.  If there was something he could not inspect for one reason or another he made note of it and we were aware of it.  He provided the report via e-mail before the day was over.  The one and only thing I would have liked and did not receive was a printed color copy of the report.  I understand I was sent an electronic copy immediately and that was helpful, but I would have appreciated a printed color copy mailed to me a few days after the fact.  He took a million pictures, and I do not have a color printer, and much is lost in those pictures when they are printed black and white.  I understand I can go to an office supply and have a color copy printed, but it would be nice if they included one as part of the service.  But, if I buy any houses in the future I will use NPI again, I was very happy with their service and their price.  Thank you so much. <br />"
