"Jesus was very understanding of the job and he fixed my missing shingles right away. He also explained to me that my roof will need to be replaced within a few years because of the type of very thin shingles that were used on the roof making it a 15 year roof. Definitely something to think about in the future."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Very impressive skills by the whole team. Felix kept me informed of every step involved, took great pics and exceptional clean up. The clean up was done continuously, there was no scrap or nails left anywhere. Felix also went into my attic to ensure everything was correct there also. You won't find a better team or company. I was able to choose the color and brand of shingles that were used. I couldn't be happier."
