"After calling a number of contractors for quotes on this project, we decided to go with KFG, as the pictures of Kevin's work looked really good, and he was extremely responsive and professional when I reached out to him to come take a look at the job ad provide a estimate. He came out very quickly and followed up with a quote. He was very helpful in discussing options and providing his input to help decide on some details of the project. It did take a little longer than expected to get started, but the weather is an uncontrollable factor and he was very good about answering questions and providing updates. Once work began, Kevin kept us informed, was very efficient and did a BEAUTIFUL job on the stamped patio and pre-cast concrete stairs that he installed. "We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean.
