The main problem was an exterior door that I had trouble closing. He supplied a sheet with his rates and approximately how long the job would take. This included all materials. He made the repairs on the door. I was very happy with the results and made arrangements for him to return and clean the gutters & fix the awnings. Again, very pleased with the work he did.
