"We hired Superior Kitchen and Bath to replace our existing bathroom and bathtub with a completely new bathroom with a walk in shower.  They were selected based on their very detailed cost estimate that demonstrated that they were experienced professionals and knew exactly how to approach this project.  The work involved demolishing the entire bathroom, expanding the bathroom area by taking an adjacent closet, relocating the air stacks, relocating the bathroom door to allow for expanding the shower area. "The work completed we excellent and the installers were professional and thorough.  The only thing preventing an all "A's" review was some scheduling/responsiveness mishaps - bought off a deal that was fully subscribed, so it took a little longer than I expected to get the new doors installed.  In the end though, work was done well, and I am very happy with the overall product.

"Over Thanksgiving Saturday of 2013 one of our technicians stopped by my office to pick up equipment.  He called me to say that the picture window in the rear of the office had been smashed and the office was vandalized.  I called the police first and on my way to the office called Rich to ask for his help.  Rich showed up within the hour with plywood and hardware to secure the building.  I don't know what I would have done without his help.

2-3 days later he delivered and installed a new window.  He was careful and cautious when installing the new window so that no additional carpentry or painting was necessary.  He also cleaned up all glass and disposed of the old window.

I had to take pictures of the damage because Rich was able to fully repair it before the insurance adjuster could get there!  Also his repair was perfect to the point where without the pictures, the adjuster would not believe that it was not the original window.

I would not hesitate to recommend him.  He is reliable, does excellent work, and responds immediately.
