As a homeowner with very little knowledge about our sprinkler system, Marcus is very good at explaining each solution provided. I originally reached out to LifeWater Irrigation after encountering another sprinkler repair company, that tried to convince me that all of the pipes needed to be replaced in my yard after hearing a knocking noise underground. LifeWater was able to provide an honest assessment of the knocking noise heard by simply replacing a valve on one of my zones. This honest assessment from LifeWater saved me close to $4000 in repairs that would've been unnecessary. "They located and repaired 2 broken pipes that, unknown by me, were running underground and I had ended up with a water bill over $350. Thank goodness they found and fixed it. Also fixed a pipe I accidentally cut while snipping roots. And didn’t charge extra for it. Good job! And team was patient with my attempts to converse in Spanish to practice my language studies"
