"I hired M&N Fabrication through Lowe’s to install a pool fence in Lexington, KY. The workmanship was extremely poor. Fence posts were set with little to no cement, leaving nearly all of them unstable and shaking. I filed four service cases to have the work corrected, but nothing was ever fixed. The general manager promised to follow up but never did, and Lowe’s repeatedly closed my service requests without resolution. Most concerning, the City of Lexington denied my fence inspection because M&N installed the gate to swing inward toward the pool, a clear violation of pool safety code that any professional contractor should have known. As a result, my pool permit cannot be finalized. This has caused me unnecessary stress, expense, and delays. I strongly caution anyone considering this company — my experience has been unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unresolved."
