"Masterpiece Fence Company was fantastic to work with. I needed a gate repaired, the gate got repaired and other work was done. I’ve had my vinyl fence for 15 years, I’ve never been happier with it until now. Pablo fix my gate and every other little issue I had with the fence has also been resolved. I’ll definitely recommend him to friends, family, and my community."

"Joe did great work on an outside patio wood fence for us. He arrived on the day he said he would and did very good, efficient work. He was helpful in his recommendations and was clear in each step he would take. I will absolutely use him again if I need fencing."

"Fantastic! Ben was able to provide a quote shortly after inspecting the job. We took him up and was able to start the next week. He replaced ~100' of fence and two dilapidated gates in two days."

"The men who installed the fence worked very diligently and professionally, putting in long hours to complete the job in two days. The quality of their work and of the fence itself is excellent. We had some out-of-the-ordinary areas to fence, and the installers worked extremely well with my other contractors to get the job done efficiently and expeditiously. (We installed over 500 ft. of fence, with two single and one double gate.)"

"The installers were great! They worked in terrible heat and humidity all day stopping only for a quick lunch. I Would have given his compan an A but couldn't due to some significant problems that occurred during installation. They mis measured and was short 2 pieces of fence which delayed completion. Also, we had torrential rainfall during the installation which rendered my yard soaking wet. the heavy machinery that they drove back and forth ruined a big portion of my yard. The wheels of the equipment left deep indentations and the grass was pulled up and destroyed leaving a big muddy mess. A few of the slats were damaged and had to be replaced and a portion of a post that had already been set in concrete was scraped. The installer went to a Home Depot and covered the scraped area with some paint. Someone from the company came to inspect the job after completion. I showed him the ruined portion of my lawn and the post. He took a picture and said he'd show it to his boss. No one ever called after that to offer a solution to the damage. I had to pay over $200.00 out of pocket for soil, seed and labor for my neighbor to help me get my yard repaired. Looking back, I should have delayed installation till after the heavy rainfall but they kept telling me it was ok. The yard damage wouldn't have occurred if the lawn wasn't super saturated. I believe the company should have done more to correct the damage that they caused."

"Overall it was ok, but there was a continual stream of small annoyances that got progressively more significant. In the end, I did get the fence I wanted, but the process was less then stellar, to say the least. It started with continuing to call my wife after we both told everyone involved, over and over and over, to stop calling her and to call me. Then, I had to wait 2 weeks before even scheduling the install, which wasn't that big of a deal, but I had to cc all kinds of people to get on the schedule because I left repeated messages on the scheduling line. Day of install everything went fine in the morning. Showed up on time and professional. When I got home from work that night, I found clay and mud clumps and rocks and small plastic bags and cardboard pieces spread all over my back yard (like they tried to disperse the earth they dug up for the posts). I even found a big pile of cement remnants in my front yard (remember, this fence was in back). All of this I had to clean up. But, the fence looked ok and it was done, so I just moved on.... about two weeks pass and one day I go beside my garage and find a huge pile of more clay and dirt and rocks that they had obviously dumped there. Then, behind the garage is a pile of grass clippings that are there composting and I noticed a black bucket sticking out. They had tried to bury an empty bucket of quick set concrete. They had actually went all the way behind my garage and tried to bury it and hide it! At that point I got in touch with them. They came out a few days later and cleaned up that mess, but that didn't help me at all with all the work I did myself prior to that, nor the disgusting fact that they did this in the first place."
