"Poor service follow up after the job was done. Henry showed up for an estimate as promised, gave what seemed a reasonable price. After the job was done, there were some areas at the end of the driveway that looked underdone. It rained that evening, and some of the coating watched away. I called the company the next day and was promised that Henry would come by. Promises were made twice with time frames (by who I believe is his wife who seems to manage the business) but he never showed up. It has been a few weeks and I have stopped calling. They have not followed up. In short, the basic job was done adequately for the most part, but actual customer service after the sale to address issues, has been non-existent. Would not recommend."

We were very impressed with the level of service and work performed by Kip and his team.  From the initial estimate up until the completed project, we always felt that Kip was concerned with customer satisfaction.  As this was a first time remodel for us, we appreciated Kip going above and behind, including going shopping with us to select our new cabinets, faucet, and granite.  Our project was completed on time as promised and with having kids, it was also great to have someone working in my house that was flexible with daily start and end times.  I would highly recommend Millenium to anyone looking for a home remodel/construction project, specifically anything involved with demolition or removing walls, as Kip has an extensive background in structural engineering.  We hope to complete a master bathroom remodel in the future and would not hesitate to employ Millenium to do this work as well.

Purchased Angie's bid deal.  They came to clean out chimney but left all the ashes in fireplace.  Told me that we needed our chimney pointed so I agreed to have it done.  They charged $700.00.  My neighbors paid much less but I guess that is my fault for not shopping around.  They did a poor job on the pointing.  We had to have them come back out and repoint a lot of areas that were missed.  We assumed they were pointing the entire chimney but only filled in areas they felt needed filling.  Missed a whole side of the stack.  However, women who answers the phone was very friendly and accommodating.  They did come back (took some time) and finished the job.
