"The entire process was well done from start to finish. I booked the job during the winter to ensure I would be an early spring installation. Scott was really easy to work with, very responsive and fully executed the items in our contract. Once the guys got started the whole process was fast. Removed old concrete porch, excavated the area, installed / compacted 5 inches of crushed stone, put a base of polymetric sand and then laid the pavers. They were perfectionists as well using survey equipment to get the right heights and slopes. The patio looks amazing. And the drainage solution Scott and team did has improved my surface water problem tremendously in my yard. Just a fantastic experience! One thing I will advise other homeowners is to understand there are upgrade options for the pavers and they are worth it. So budget in $1-2 extra per square foot from the contract price to ensure you get what you want."

"We had a pasture with poor drainage along with a clogged drain in front of our garages which created a giant lake every time it rained. CAM Landworks came in and build a swale in the pasture working around the constraints of existing water lines. Now we do not have any more standing water, and the rain has been redirected to flow along our property perimeter. CAM Landworks also hand built a new drain basin next to the garage, installed a much larger drain pipe, and it works great. We really enjoyed working with Anthony and his sons and will definitely be hiring them for several other projects. They go above and beyond to do a great job!?"

Very professional and communicated well with us along the life of the project (estimated start date, drop off of equipment and estimated finish date). All that plus they did a great job (no short cutting or inferior materials). I have them scheduled to stone face the front of the garage in December 2015. "In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

Mark and team (especially Geno) were very good at their jobs, took time to ensure the quality was there, and always gave us different options before moving ahead with any changes in scope. "First off, know that with this company you are getting subcontractors.  In this case, the subcontractor was great and did quality work.  There were some problems/delays that were caused by the Millennium team who was responsible for ordering/delivery, etc. 
They started demolition pretty much on the day they started ordering things (tubs, etc.) and so of course there were some things that took longer than expected which caused delays in the work.  There were also issues with the wrong items being ordered and delivered which I was thankfully able to flag before installation.  This was sort of an odd thing because it happened multiple times and even the subcontractor was scratching his head a bit about this.  That was just bad project management and execution on Millennium's side.  For these reasons, the overall score dropped to a B.
But, I want to say that I am happy with the end result and the bathrooms look great.  There was a lot of good on this project.  Darin was helpful in picking out items as that was a bit overwhelming for me and I appreciated that.  As I said, the subcontractor did excellent quality work, they were super nice, worked on some Saturdays, put up with our dog, etc.  In the end, the quality and look is the most important thing and that was great.
Millennium (Darin) did acknowledge their mishaps and made sure to credit me for the inconveniences.  I never felt like he was trying to duck me or take advantage, he was very responsive to all my concerns.
So ya know, good company, but probably needs some close attention by the homeowner so that you catch any mishaps and flag any issues.  I suppose this is typical of a construction project. 
Regarding the use of subs, I would imagine you could have varying quality this way.  Our guys were Jerry and Chris and they were great.
