"The entire process was well done from start to finish. I booked the job during the winter to ensure I would be an early spring installation. Scott was really easy to work with, very responsive and fully executed the items in our contract. Once the guys got started the whole process was fast. Removed old concrete porch, excavated the area, installed / compacted 5 inches of crushed stone, put a base of polymetric sand and then laid the pavers. They were perfectionists as well using survey equipment to get the right heights and slopes. The patio looks amazing. And the drainage solution Scott and team did has improved my surface water problem tremendously in my yard. Just a fantastic experience! One thing I will advise other homeowners is to understand there are upgrade options for the pavers and they are worth it. So budget in $1-2 extra per square foot from the contract price to ensure you get what you want."

"Excellent! We needed 4 Timber Retaining Walls that were jointly owned by 6 households (10 people) torn down & Replaced with Stone Retaining Walls. (Not an easy feat with multiple households, one being out of state for an extended period.) However, the paperwork was managed easily by A & J Excavation. All signatures were obtained electronically and work was able to begin. At the jobs completion, everyone was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. Several of us intend on using then again next year for other projects on our homes. Honest, great prices, quality materials, excellent finished product, a 1 year warranty, and easy to work with. "We had a pasture with poor drainage along with a clogged drain in front of our garages which created a giant lake every time it rained. CAM Landworks came in and build a swale in the pasture working around the constraints of existing water lines. Now we do not have any more standing water, and the rain has been redirected to flow along our property perimeter. CAM Landworks also hand built a new drain basin next to the garage, installed a much larger drain pipe, and it works great. We really enjoyed working with Anthony and his sons and will definitely be hiring them for several other projects. They go above and beyond to do a great job!?"

"In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"I am very happy with the work that was performed by Millennium. My mom had a stroke and the bath needed handrails, safety rails and a shower seat installed. We were also in need of additional hand rails installed on three different flights of steps. We had a very short time frame as my mom was just coming out of the hospital. Kip was extremely responsive and was able to complete the project quickly, under budget and to my mother's satisfaction. Kip worked with my mom to assist her in choosing the style and hardware that she was comfortable with.
