Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. John Scott roofing not only was the most reasonable but an absolute pleasure to work with thank you agin roof looks great !!"

"From the sales rep Duane to the last day of the project, things went GREAT. the CREWS WERE TIMELY, POLITE, CLEAN AND MORE IMPORTANTLY REAL CRAFTSMEN. At the beginning, the sales rep walked the entire property. This was unlike the other companies we called out who looked just at the front. The old tile was removed, nothing on the property was damaged , the old wood was replaced ( even was given a discount on some wood decking ) We even added a modification to the project after it began and that was dealt with .The tile manufacturer even came out to the project to help us pick out the right color tile for our roof. The roof looks GREAT. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL after the project, loved that. With all of the bad construction companies out there, this provided us security to know we didn't have to pay until after the project was complete.This company was a pleasure to deal with, they said they were going to do something and they did. This was a big investment for us and we are very Happy we chose Acoma Roofing. Your trust in them will not be Misspent."

"It started with a small delay. Roof work began 3 days later than the initial start date. They crew that took off the old shingles, set the dry in, and replaced bad facia did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything, and worked very hard. They completed their portion of the roof work in a day in a half. Then the wait began for the metal to be installed. I would be told to expect the metal in a few days, and then that didn't happen. i was given another date and then that didn't happen. After multiple communications I finally got the metal delivered, then another delay due to the county not signing off on the roof, and the weather. It took 4 weeks to complete my roof. The metal installation crew was as excellent as the first crew. They worked very hard, and the new roof is perfect, workmanship very skilled, and I love my new roof."
