"Earl and his crew are fantastic. They worked with use to pick the best start date and were here right on time. The old drive was in bad shape due to a huge tree root that was still there. They removed the root and asphalt and prepared the drive for the concrete in one day. The second day they did the framing. On the third day they poured and smoothed the concrete. It looks amazing! "Only dealt in person with the sub-contractors which I could have done on my own.  The work that was done was good.  I kept up with the hours myself and when I received the invoice for the painters it was based on the original estimate of hours when in fact they took about 2/3 of that time and had to call and have a corrected invoice sent.   <br /> The original reason we called was to get some outside facia rotting repaired.  When the other work had been done had to call and asked about when the carpenter would be coming.  They had not scheduled one but then sent someone out.  They never got back to us on that so that work never got done.   <br /> No one from Tierce ever came out to inspect the work or to make sure we were happy with the job.  I could have just hired the painter and the flooring guy myself and saved myself some money and trying to get the billing corrected. <br />"
