"I was very pleased with Elite Pressure Washing Company.  I was very hesitant having the house pressure washed because my husband tried pressure washing and water seeped into the formal dining room floors and caused some of the hard wood floors to come up.  I shopped around and it was between two companies.  Even though the other company's price was cheaper I still went with Elite.  In fact I called and told them the other company was lower and if he was willing to match the price.  We could not negotiate an exact match because he would be driving from Pensacola to Niceville, but we negotiated it pretty close.  I was putting my house on the market to sell and needed the house pressure washed within that week.  Although Daniel had a busy schedule he was able to squeeze me in and worked around my schedule as well.  They did a superb job, I was extremely happy.  I was able to meet Daniel and his team and they were very professional and could tell they took pride in their work. Elite also washed my metal roof off and got rid of the leaves stuck in the gutter and did not charge me extra for it.  After they left I noticed a very small area had some dirt on it.  They came out the next day to check it out and said it was dirty water that had leaked from the metal roof and they immediately cleaned it off.  If I cannot sell my house and end up renting it, I will definitely be calling Elite back to do annual pressure washing on my house.
