"I bought this house about 5 years ago, didnâ t notice no mold or nothing. With the time pass, started to show few humidity spots in the basement walls, and different coloration, few yellow others more black/green, and the smell started to be noticed anytime I open the basement door for to go downstairs. So that was when i started to get really worried about it. And then I diced to search in the internet for mold remediation company, I did had two companies coming and check it and the end answered from both was that I need to fixed first the problem and then treat the mold otherwise it will keel coming back. Again I did went back to the internet and scheduled few inspections, CGS Waterproofing inspector was very professional, showing and explaining all the water intrusion problem I had in my house and the price was reasonable. I decided to move forward with the and the service was scheduled for no longer then I expected. The day the interior waterproofing service started I was anxious about my routine and all the mess a construction can bring around but end up been a very good experience. The crew did the service in two days and did clean up very good in the end. I did love the CGS service and now I can have my mind in peace about conditions of my house but more importantly my family's health environment. I definitely will keep CGS in mind for further services around my home."
