"The 2 techs first showed up after my dryer had died and cleaned the vents (inside - out and also from outside-in) as much as they could but said they needed me to have an operating dryer so that they could make sure everything was pushed out the side vent and airflow was good. They were very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate when hiring any company without a first hand recommendation from my own friends/relatives first. They rescheduled a follow up appointment after my new dryer was delivered and were here the same morning and finished the cleaning and confirmed that everything was cleaned and working as it should now.
