"Mark restored the exterior of my husband’s childhood home. Being an older home, there were several issues with decay that had to be addressed so new windows and siding could be installed. Mark did a great job addressing the issues and making the home look new. Very reliable, courteous and great to work with. This was our third job with Mark. I always call him first for our renovation work."

"The work went very well. We had arranged for the work in late fall when it was too cold to paint, so we arranged for the work to start in April. The workers showed up exactly when promised. The deck was repaired and re-painted and screens were replaced. The deck is now safe to use, protected and looks good. We would hire the Premier Handyman again."

"Black coated chain link fence was installed with one man gate and a double mower gate. Workers showed up earlier than expected and went straight to work. They addressed a few concerns with a can of black paint. Looked good up close. After they left and I viewed it from a distance I noticed that the double gate was crooked looking. Once I told the company, they sent out the salesman who identified what needed to be done and within a few days the work was completed to my satisfaction. Great company to deal with."

"After getting quotes from 3 companies, I decided on Archadeck of Knoxville. Mark stated very clearly what they would do and I thought the price was fair based on my other bids. The crew arrived on Tuesday and had the old deck removed and the footers poured by the end of the day. My new 12' x 27' deck was done by the end of the workday on Thursday! The construction is so much better than the old deck and it is beautiful! My neighbors are also pleased! I would recommend Mark, Scott and the crew to anyone!"

"The work went very well. Scott worked very hard in difficult conditions. The repairs required taking an extension ladder into the attic to reach the upper areas of the roof gables. The attic has two levels and the ladder had to be taken apart to get it to the second level through an existing access port, then re-assembled to accomplish the tasks. He was creative and worked with me very well to determine how to make the repairs once we knew what the actual situation was. The other repairs were more straight-forward, but they were all done well. I plan to bring them back to work on my deck in the spring."
