Based on those good experiences, we decided to hire them to reroof our house. Communication was excellent, the proposal was submitted in a timely manner, and the job started about two weeks after we signed a contract. The work was all done in a day and a half and they careful to clean up debris and nails. We couldn't be happier with the entire process. Eric Roberson was very responsive the the timely scheduling of the needed repairs and the crew he sent to our home was very professional. "I contacted B&D Roofing as to a possible leak around my chimney. Bill was out the day after I contacted him to inspect. He said the issue was not with a leak around the chimney, but that we actually needed a new chimney cap. Since this was not something he did, he did give us suggestions for contact. Then as a temporary patch, since he did not have the supplies with him then, he came back out twice to caulk the biggest openings (the first time he came back out it was too cold to get the caulk out of the tube). And even with all this, he would not accept any pay.
