"The crew appeared on Monday morning as agreed and installed 8 of the 10 windows and both sliding glass doors. They came back Tuesday morning and installed the other 2 windows and the locking mechanisms on one of the doors. The parts had not been included on the truck on Monday. They cleaned up, were very professional and demonstrated how everything opened and closed as it was different from the old windows and doors. They will have to return to install the trim after the inspector has signed off on the work. I expect this will happen promptly."

I didn't receive a discount either time and i'm 62. The second salesman was nice but pushy and very quick to put the contract in front of us. Not to happy with that.Overlooked a few details I wanted to discuss. Loved the first salesman we had which was a much more mature and helpful gentleman. Call back on checking work after it was finished didn't happen the second time. Overall I think they are way overpriced. Waiting on third install."
