Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

We were concerned about that because that was our only bathroom. He said if we were willing for him to stay later he could shorten that time. Alex had it done in a DAY!! Stay late into the evening but we had a bathroom when he left. Very polite n answered all our questions! Would definitely hire him again!"
