They worked meticulously to complete my home project. They are professional and courteous. They reviewed the project plans before setting up to start and presented the completed project as well as patiently answered my questions. I absolutely praise their work ethics. The installation was during a flood warning with lots of rain. The guys placed floor covers to protect the home floors (there arenâ t any tracks of mud anywhere)! Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
