We were not aware that our builder had screwed up one ceiling fan pre-wire and support on the porch. Scott went above and beyond what we had contracted for to build in  a correct support and wire so he could install the fan. It took an hour or so more than he had planned but they stayed until the job was complete.

We started with more modest changes but after debate ended with essentially their initial recommendation. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
