"Excellent. We had a roof leak as a result of Tropical Storm Hermine. We called in the midst of the rain at 12:30 on a Friday. "Billy" arrived at 11:30 am the next day, even though they don't typically work on Saturday. He fixed the leak at a reasonable price and did an inspection of the rest of our roof with recommendations on how to extend the life of our roof. We are very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. We also note that the office staff was very quick to respond to our voicemails and kept us informed as to the status of their arrival. Overall, an unusual and welcome experience compared to other contractors. Would definitely recommend."
