"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. "Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."
