"Hired company for complete deck tear down and rebuild with framing and trex deck. Deck work is amazing and we love the final product. Overall work was great quality and professional. Did have issues at times with completion dates and trying to contact john at times; however, John always got back to me in a timely manner and explained thoroughly what was going on. He will always get back to you and try to reticfy any issues you have, which was very nice to see and witness first hand. Would not hesitate to use this company for any contracting needs you might have. We have another project already scheduled to complete with John's company this summer."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Because of their financing options, I was also able to get 3 new windows upstairs and a beautiful new bow window in my living room (a window I thought I'd never be able to afford!). Yes, I have a monthly payment plan, buy this bill I can pay with a smile. The total cost of my happiness is about half of what I was quoted for only a "good" bow window within the last 15 years. "Our project is finished and looks GREAT. Roof is beautiful. Perfect color for our house and gutters that won’t clog. They even built a pitch on our porch roof so it drains better. Tom was wonderful to work with and kept us informed of everything. Both teams that did the work were nice and respectful. They cleaned up and used a magnet to find nails in the yard. If you’ve ever had a roof replaced you know it’s nearly impossible to keep nails out of your yard. Tom knew this was an issue for me with having 3 dogs & 3 grandchildren. They went out of their way to keep it to a minimum. The only nails we found were where the dumpster was sitting and Tom warned us of that ahead of time. This company was great to work with and did excellent work. I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone."
