"Keegan showed up for the initial view and listened to what I was looking for. Provided estimate in couple of days and we agreed upon the job. I wanted a flowerbed with plants that didn't require much tending, also a minimalistic look. The only requirement was to save some irises that my mom planted for me. Keegan and his associate Eddie cleaned up everything and prepared the flower bed for planting. They brought exactly what I wanted, various colorful grasses and lavender plants. They also restored two containers that were overgrown with weeds and when they cleaned them up, they planted bright yellow mums in them. They now rim the path to the house and make a marvelous point of entrance. Keegan also asked if I wanted a mulch or small pebble cover. I was intrigued by that as it brought to mind a Japanese simple gravel gardens and I agreed. The guys finished (took them two days for everything) and the front of the house looks marvelous now. They also cleaned up the small trees and the wild bush and bagged everything in recyclable paper bags. I found both men very friendly, kind and respectful. As a lone woman dealing with everything on my own, I felt very comfortable with both of them and I would recommend their services, especially to lone women who need this kind of help and are concerned about being taken advantage of. There is no fear of that happening."

Removed ash tree and stump; removed large cedar limb against house & are "training back" its branches from the driveway; repair/replacement of rotted sections in wooden fencing; created bluestone area for trash bins; cleaned out gutters and installed a section of gutter guards; plus several other smaller tasks. Everything was done to a quality, solid standard and Dylan is terrific at communicating well by phone, text, and in person regarding the work and the scheduling. When replacing a rotted piece of fence molding, it was revealed that the wood slats were also starting to rot. Dylan recommended we cut off the slats above the rot and put on a wider molding strip, plus drill proper weep holes. An efficient and affection solution. Could not be more pleased with the work ethic, range of skills, and integrity of Green 'n Clean."

The project included some stonework around the edging and everything came out on point. "Everything went great. They completed the work timely and exactly how I wanted  The tree looks like it never had several  large limbs removed. The limbs had to be removed as every fall we would get bombarded with a ton of walnuts and we weren't able to sit out in our back yard. After the limbs were down they cleared and cleaned the work area up. As my wife put it, it was like they were never there.

"It was a pleasure to do business with Westside Home Improvements. Alan came and assessed what I had asked him to get done. I needed imperfections repaired to drywall in two bathrooms both bathrooms needed to be re painted, install exhaust fan and light fixture in bathroom, install hardware for doors to the bathrooms and sanding and smoothing the drywall imperfections as well. And to re install a pedestal sink. Paul was the person who did the job and he was great. He was on time and stayed until I was satisfied with everything. Very professional and courteous.
