While here I wanted to get a quote on a new roof as it was 20+ years old and was provided that number before they left. They came back two months later to remove the old shingles, replace any bad plywood and install the new shingles. It was all done in under a day, cleaned out the gutters and then walked the property multiple times to clean up anything that fell off. Highly recommend Brian and his team and will definitely use again when needed."

"We hired Karales Home Improvement to install a new asphalt shingle roof on our 1950s ranch house in Norwood. We had met with other contractors and obtained additional estimates. We had also done our own research, and Mike Karalesâ estimate matched our expectations and our budget. On completion of the project there were no additional unexpected costs. Before we hired him, Mike answered all of our questions quite satisfactorily and readily provided additional documentation we requested. We knew to be careful because we had been burned in the past and lost money to a dishonest contractor after trusting word of mouth recommendations. From working with the ladies in the office, working with the salesman Andy and project manager I couldnâ t be happier. The work completed was outstanding, the quality of work was outstanding. The problem to be is my garage had a cupola on it, Andy and the project manager said they will install it when it arrives, unfortunately due to COVID the cupola arrived after the job was completed. Because of the time lapse I offered to pay for the install which would be 2X the cost I had paid for the cupola. This is all my fault. I should had put it in writing . Once again I highly recommend Andy and the employees at Waterman roofing."

"It could not have gone better. The crew came on time and worked late each day. A few days were extremely hot, but they worked through it. When the job was finished, two neighbors told me that they watched the progress, and each neighbor commented that the crew was very hard working. One said, "I've never seen such a hard-working crew. "they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

"Luis, the owner of LCT Construction, and all of his workers did a GREAT job installing new shingles to the roofs on our house and garage. Everything James Blair, the sales manager and product expert, promised was fulfilled to complete satisfaction. Our house roof is made of tongue and groove boards (where debris from the old roof can fall thru the cracks) with an exceptionally large attic below it filled with furniture, household goods and stored clothing that Luis covered so beautifully not a trace of debris was left behind. The same care was taken with the grounds, shrubs and plants outdoors. Not a nail or trace of debris was left behind on our property. Any worries we had about this big job were a waste of time on our part. This company does the job one can only dream about. The entire crew is polite, courteous, efficient, hardworking and GREAT at what they do. They all work together like one big happy family. For a job we were dreading to have done, Luis made it effortless and pleasant, and he is a super nice person. I only wish I could call on Luis and his team for all my home repairs."

He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."
