Initially, we only wanted to do the deck, but they were so good that we decided to ask them to replace our patio too. "Project: Design and install a patio. This project was not easy. The design and build of this paver patio should have been straightforward. The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer. This created a scenario that meant my project would be scrutinized and managed to the nth degree. Rodrigo was amazing. He knew what was happening and understood town politics. He was patient and willing to work with the conservation group as they adjusted the requirements a few times. He had to step over some land mines but he and his team designed and built a patio that met my needs and also the town?s requirements. The most recent job was to remove an old fence in our back yard and install a new one.
