This was a major project that involved adding a 1500 sq ft addition as well demolishing and rebuilding a second floor room. Nathan was the general contractor and managed all the other quality subcontractors - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Roofing and Siding. HIs crew did the framing and finish work. The job was done on time and within budget. Nathan worked with on all scope changes and are extremely pleased with the final product. The before (an outdated yellow sided house) and the after (an updated green farmhouse)."

"The owner of the business came to my house, to take a look at what I needed done. They were very polite and professional, extremely easy to get along with. They measured the square feet of the garage, and answered all the questions I had. They got back to me within the next 2 days, with an unbeatable price!! I was very happy!! They came later next week, with a group of hard working men, and finished in about 9 hours! They leveled all the stone, set my drains, and began to pour concrete. When they were finished they cured the concrete (which is a sealer that makes the concrete set up slower), and came back a month later and sealed one last time. "This company is a go to company. I had some large cracks in my foundation due to some prior water damage. I had another company come in for an estimate and they wanted 3 times more money and much more invasive plan. The Basement Guys told me that it was not necessary to do all that and also provides a lifetime warranty. They were very efficient, thorough and very professional. They also cleaned up and were great to work with. They work for the company and do not subcontract. A+ company!"

I was remiss in asking for an itemized listing of the cost and the salesman did not offer an itemized list. So I would use them again for everything except the concrete washing as it was overpriced for the service provided."

"Like any contractor they talk about how great of a job they do. In this case the kid has the knowledge to do a good job but like most fails on execution. He just can't do it. Ratter than bore you with the detail of how I got screwed by Arnold Construction I would just warn anyone that thinks about using him to not pay for the job until it has been completed and inspected. He also failed to contact zoning once the structure was completed to have an inspection. If you don't have an inspection you can't get other permits, like electrical, until the inspection is complete. There are to many other good contractors out their to waste your time with someone you can't trust. You've been warned."
