"I personally would not recommend kitchen magic to anyone. The process has been horribly frustrating, the communication is awful, and the final outcome of our cabinets is crap. We had our cabinets completed in September with mistakes. It's now January, and nothing has been fixed. We've had four different service appointments with people coming over to take pictures. They are here for about 5 minutes and then leave with promises that it will be taken care of. As I've said the communication is awful, I've left voicemails, emails, and nobody returns my calls or emails. Honestly, it's extremely disappointing and a shame to spend this much on a kitchen for garbage work. I will never be recommending them to anyone. I'll even attach photos to show the poor cutting job they did in between the cabinets"

"I have hired JC Remodeling to do a number of projects for me over the years. For this project, I asked them to recommend and install a security camera system at my home. Joe and Bob spent time reviewing my needs with me and recommended a modern security camera system for my home that has 7 high resolution IP security cameras and a network video recorder. After understanding my needs, Joe and Bob recommended the placement and types of cameras for the different locations and then wired all of the cameras with category 6 ethernet cable to the network video recorder that is located in my basement. They created detailed instructions for viewing the cameras from the basement, from another computer, or from Android and iPhone apps. I am very happy with the security camera system that was installed and use the cameras all of the time. I would certainly recommend JC Remodeling if you have a similar project."

He made suggestions during the job that not only upgraded the initial quality of what we were looking for but saved us a bit of money in the end. He is honest with the state of the work that needed to be done and make outstanding creative suggestions when asked for his opinion (color, style blend, etc). His team was like ghosts, they did not stray from the work/ staging areas and were essentially ghosts - the only signs of their presence was the completed work. It was done about a week faster than they anticipated and honestly looks better than we hoped. Amazing work, I wish we found them sooner.
