"It went well the first few times; however, I had difficulty communicating that I wanted regular cleaning service every two to three weeks. Not sure where the breakdown in communication occurred. I find I have to call to remind them that I am looking for service; i am a fairly new client, so that may be why we aren't yet on the same wavelength, but the cleaning services provided by this company were excellent.
